Printful Integration

SevHunt can integrate your rewards Store with Printful, a print-on-demand service that's great for entry-level awards.

When connected, you can associate your SevHunt products with Printful products to automate order fulfillment and shipping.

Getting started

1. Create a Printful account if you don't have one. If you're just starting out, try designing a product and ordering some test prints to make sure your employees are happy with their SevHunt rewards.
2. Visit your SevHunt Store settings
3. Click "Connect"
4. In the OAuth pop up, you can either create a new Printful store or connect an existing one if you already set one up
5. If you see the "Connected" status when redirected to the Integrations tab, you're all set up

Note that SevHunt only has access to the store you linked, you'll need to add products there for them to show up in SevHunt.

Linking external products

SevHunt products can be linked to Printful products to automate order fulfillment.

1. Visit your SevHunt Store settings
2. Edit/add a product
3. Check "Collect address at checkout" under "Order behavior". Without an address, Printful cannot fulfill orders
4. Under "External provider", select "Printful"
5. Select your desired Printful product/variant using the "External product" and "External product variant" fields
6. Click "Save"

Now, any order for this product in SevHunt will create an order in Printful.

Note that errors in shipping, production, or billing could result in order failure on Printful's side. You'll want to check on your orders page in Printful to make sure things are running smoothly.

Other notes

For security reasons, the Printful connection will expire after 90 days of inactivity.
