Store Management

Your store in SevHunt allows employees to exchange points for products. For some companies that might look like a library of exclusive swag, and for others a collection of less-tangible rewards like "A thumbs up from the CEO" or "$1000 gift card but you have to spend it on your cat".

Ultimately, you know your employees best and should create products that incentivize them the most.

Creating a product

To create a product, visit the store management page and click "Add a product". From there, write a Title and Description, a Cost (in Points), and decide if new orders should require collecting the user's address.

Once created, you can edit your product to upload/re-order images.

Managing orders

To manage orders, visit the orders tab. Orders start in the "New" status, then are moved to "Shipped" when you have shipped or otherwise delivered the product to your coworker.
